Instructions
Combine all of the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Pour vinaigrette over vegetables and beans and stir to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Drain Well:
Any extra liquid will thin the dressing fast.
Dice Everything Evenly:
Small, uniform pieces make the dip perfectly scoopable.
Taste After Chilling:
The flavors mellow slightly as it rests, so adjust seasoning at the end.
Add Avocado at the Last Minute:
Fold it in gently right before serving to keep it from browning.
Finish With Lime:
A squeeze of fresh lime brightens the whole bowl.
Serve Fully Chilled:
