Strawberry Pudding Parfaits
Strawberry Pudding parfaits are a light, refreshing dessert that only require a few ingredients. They're sweet and fluffy, making them the perfect after-dinner treat.
Ingredients
- 3.6 ounces Instant Strawberry Pudding
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Whipped Topping, plus more for topping
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped plus more strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Whisk together the strawberry pudding and milk until smooth and well combined. Allow the pudding to rest until thickened.
- Add ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each cup.
- Spoon half the pudding over the top of the graham cracker crumbs.
- Place ¼ cup chopped strawberries on top of each layer of pudding.
- Add the whipped topping to the remaining pudding and stir to mix. Spoon the remaining pudding mixture over the top of the chopped strawberries.
- Place the cups in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
- Top each cup with a fresh strawberry and a dollop of whipped topping before serving.

- This Recipe Can be Doubled: If you are making this for a large family, just proportionally increase ingredients for your desired yield.
- Cookies: Instead of using graham cracker crumbs, you could also used crushed cookies, such as vanilla wafers.
- Chill: Ensure the pudding is fully chilled before assembling the parfaits for a firmer texture. You can also thicken with cornstarch.
- Berry Pudding: Make a raspberry parfait by using raspberry pudding mix and swapping the strawberries for raspberries. Flavor with vanilla extract.
- Even Layers: Aim for even layers of pudding, strawberries, and whipped cream for a visually appealing and balanced parfait.
