Whipped Ricotta Dip with Honey

Whipped Ricotta Dip is a fantastic addition to your charcuterie boards. This easy appetizer takes 10 minutes to prepare and is so good with veggies and crackers!
Use a hand mixer to whip ricotta until smooth and fluffy then add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Spoon into serving dish and drizzle on remaining olive oil .
Warm the honey and drizzle over the top of the dip.
Sprinkle on salt flakes and cracked pepper.
Serve with focaccia and blackberries.

Fresh Herbs: For a fancy garnish and unique flavor top with fresh herbs and honey. Use fresh mint, rosemary, fresh thyme, chives or basil.
Different Honey: A fun way to add a more unique flavor is to use play around with the type of honey you use. There are so many types of honey that will vary with different and rich flavors.
