Zesty Dill Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese
This dill pasta salad with feta is a zesty, refreshing twist on classic pasta salad. Packed with fresh veggies, herbs, and a tangy lemon dressing, it’s a quick and easy side dish that’s perfect for warm weather gatherings or weekly meal prep.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Dry pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Lemon zest
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- ¼ cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons Lemon pepper seasoning, or to taste
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Drain but do not rinse the pasta.
- Place pasta in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to coat completely.
- Sprinkle in lemon zest and dill, toss to distribute, then add lemon pepper seasoning and feta cheese. Taste and adjust, as desired.
- Enjoy warm or refrigerate until cool.
