WHAT YOU NEED:

✔️ Hash browns frozen ✔️ Onion ✔️ Red pepper ✔️  Egs ✔️ Milk  ✔️ Green chilies ✔️ Cheddar cheese ✔️ Chili powder ✔️ Cumin ✔️House Season Blend

STEP 1:

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, chili powder, cumin and remaining green chiles.

STEP 2:

Sprinkle the onion and red pepper over the potatoes. Add half the green chiles and about half of the cheese to the top.

STEP 3:

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, chili powder, cumin and remaining green chiles.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center.
