OREO CHEESECAKE COOKIES

IT IS A KEEPER

"Oreo Cheesecake Cookies are the combination of two of my favorite things in the whole world. Namely Cheesecake and the Oreo Cookie. This Cheesecake cookie is creamy, chocolatey and irresistible."

INGREDIENTS

– 4 oz cream cheese softened – 8 tbsp butter softened – 3/4 cup sugar – 10 crushed Oreos

Cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugar. Fold crushed Oreos into the batter

Second, coat molds lightly with oil.

Finally, bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Lastly, rest for 5 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack.

Remember always use a cooling rack to complete the cooling process
