Notes
Recipe Can be Doubled: This is a great recipe to whip up for a cookie exchange. Simply increase the box mix and wet ingredients proportionately and split the dough evenly onto two cookie sheets.
Decorating: These cookies would be even better if decorated with mini candies. M&M's would be great on top of these baked cookies.
Icing: Topping these cookies with icing is also an idea. A raspberry buttercream frosting would be a refreshing touch on a chocolate loaded cookie.
Cookie Cutter: When making your favorite chewy chocolate cookie, try using different shaped cookie cutters. This is a fun way to get the kids involved and there is so many different cutters to chose from.
