24ouncesFresh strawberries - hulled, halved, and sliced
20ouncesCrushed pineapple - 1 can, drained well
10ouncesMini marshmallows
Instructions
Combine the strawberry jell-o mix with hot water in a large bowl, ensuring that the powder dissolves entirely. Next, incorporate the cold water and stir well. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and allow it to cool for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Once you have chilled it, incorporate the instant vanilla pudding mix into the bowl by whisking it together. Place the bowl back in the refrigerator for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Once it has been chilled further, take it out of the refrigerator. Use a rubber spatula to incorporate the Cool Whip until all the white streaks disappear.
Next, incorporate the fresh strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows by gently folding them together.
Return the bowl to the refrigerator and let it cool for another 2 hours to allow the cream to become thicker.
Notes
Adding Crunch: For an extra element of crunch and texture, consider adding some crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts. Simply sprinkle them on top or fold them into the mixture before chilling.
Garnish: Elevate the presentation of your marshmallow fluff strawberry salad by garnishing it with a few fresh strawberry slices, a sprig of mint, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
Extra Sweetness: For a sweeter dessert, you can sprinkle a small amount of granulated sugar over the sliced strawberries and allow them to sit for a few minutes. The sugar will draw out the natural juices and create a slightly sweeter flavor profile.
