Place all ingredients in a smoothie-style blender and puree for 1 minute until emulsified.
Adjust the consistency at this time with additional water, then adjust the flavor with more or less of any ingredients to your personal preferences.
Notes
Fresh Parsley or Mint: Add parsley or mint to this tahini sauce for an added fresh taste.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Water: The amount of water can vary! This will allow you to make a thicker, creamy tahini sauce (perfect for coating veggies or your salad) or a light drizzle.
Maple Syrup: Instead of honey, try adding a touch of maple syrup.
Miso Paste: Add some miso paste in with the other ingredients, it's delicious.
