    • Sesame Seeds: Sesame is the base of tahini. Go ahead and make your own tahini with a food processor for a more fresh flavor.

    STEP 1: Add & Blend

    Add together the tahini, water, olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, honey and salt to a blender. Puree for 1 minute until emulsified.

    STEP 2: Adjust this Easy Tahini Sauce

    This is the time to adjust the consistency if needed. Add more water to thin and adjust the flavor with more or less of any ingredients to your personal preferences.

    Use this tahini dressing on salads, with a veggie platter, falafel, pita bread or anything else you love to eat.

    I wouldn’t add cheese directly into the tahini sauce but go ahead and use cheese on a salad or falafel!

    If you accidently made your dressing is too runny, blend in more tahini until it’s the desired consistency.

    • ¼ cup Tahini, (Sesame Paste)
    • ¼ to 1 cup Water, to personal preference
    • ¼ cup Olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
    • 1 ½ tablespoons Honey, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt
