Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie
This Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie is summer in a smoothie. There is nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day than a cool refreshing smoothie. Bursting with fruit and perfect for breakfast, lunch or snack time.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen mango
- ½ cup Fresh pineapple
- ¼ cup Cream of coconut
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
- 1 tablespoon Ground flax
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.

- Add Sweetness : A little maple syrup, agave syrup or honey to this classic smoothie will up the sweetness.
- Short cut tip: Have fruit ready ad cut in a freezer-safe ziplock bags so you can pull it out and blend it up.
- Variation tip: Top the smoothie bowl with white chocolate chips or shaved bar chocolate for extra fun.
- Alternate ingredient: Nut butter, almond butter or peanut butter can be a wonderful addition to add creaminess and protein.
- More fruit: Feel free to add oranges, orange juice, pineapple juice or raspberries for more healthy fruit flavor.
