If you are looking for a healthy and easy breakfast or snack, you must try this Mango Pineapple Smoothie. It comes together in a snap and is packed with tropical flavor.
These smoothies are one of my son’s favorite breakfasts. I love making them for him because I know he’s getting a healthy breakfast that he will actually eat (without endless begging and nagging).
A few months ago, my son had a mango smoothie at a restaurant. As usual, I had to have several sips, while trying to jot down all of the ingredients I thought were in it (I do this A LOT….occupational hazard, I guess!).
After a bit of tinkering, I came up with a pretty close version to the restaurant’s. According to my son, it was an exact replica.
Of course, I added a few things (like flax and Greek yogurt) to make it a little healthier and he didn’t even bat an eyelash.

Mango Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt - vanilla or plain
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Want to scale a recipe up or down? Simply type in a new serving amount and the recipe will automatically adjust!
