Banana Pudding Tacos
Banana Pudding Tacos are made with waffles and banana slices. They're a fun dessert that only requires 5 ingredients, and make the perfect follow-up to a weeknight meal.

- 3 cups Banana Pudding
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Mini Vanilla Wafers, crumbled
- 2 cups Mini Vanilla Wafers
- 3 cups Pancake Batter
- Whipped Cream Topping, optional
Instructions
- Mix together the banana slices, whole vanilla wafers, and banana pudding.
- Using a waffle iron, pour 1 cup of batter in waffle iron (depending on size of waffle iron) and cook.
- Remove waffles from iron and mold into a taco.
- Fill taco with banana pudding
- Top with vanilla wafers crumble and optional whipped cream.

- Chili Powder: For a spicier version, add more chili powder or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
- Honey: If you prefer a sweeter filling, add honey after you prepare the pudding.
- Toppings: Experiment with different toppings to find your favorite combination.
- Taco Holder: Use a taco holder to make them stand up in the crease of the back.
