Instructions
In a blender, crush ice cubes.
Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.

Add Protein:
Make it healthier by adding protein to this smoothie.
Ice:
For a thicker smoothie add ice to make it.
Variation tip:
Bananas or other fruit can be added.
Seeds:
Chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seed can all be added to the smoothie to add more nutrients.
