FOR CHICKEN

Cajun seasoning
FOR FILLING

cup
chopped broccoli
▢
½
cup
cheddar cheese
▢

tablespoon
cream cheese

Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
To make a slit for the broccoli cheddar filling, use a sharp knife cut a slice through the middle of chicken breasts.
Use salt and cajun seasoning on the both sides of the chicken.
To make the filling, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stuff each chicken breast with the filling in the pocket. Sprinkle more Cajun seasoning on top.
Brush or spray cooking oil on top and bake it for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy.

Chicken Temperature:
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Air Fryer:
Make this recipe in the air fryer, cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees internally.
