How to Make Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast

STEP 1: PREPARE CHICKEN

First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then make a slit for the broccoli cheddar filling, use a sharp knife cut a slice through the middle of chicken breasts. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and cajun seasoning on the both sides.

STEP 2: MAKE THE STUFFING

To make the filling, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture in the pocket. Sprinkle more Cajun seasoning on top.

Brush on olive oil on top and bake it for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
