Camping Smores {Grilled}
Camping Smores are so quick and easy to do because you do not need a campfire, you can use your grill. What is better than milk chocolate, graham crackers and melting marshmallows.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 whole graham crackers
- 4 marshmallows
- 2 Cups Hershey Bars or 4 Reese's Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Break each graham cracker into 2 even pieces.
- Place one half of the graham cracker on a piece of foil.
- Place half a Hershey Bar or a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup (or both, I won't judge!) on top of the graham cracker.
- Place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
- Top with the other half of the graham cracker.
- Wrap entire s'more in foil.
- Repeat process above for remaining s'mores.
- Grill over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallow melts.
- Remove from foil packets before serving.
Christina's Notes
- Add Different chocolate: Dark chocolate, Reese's Peanut butter cups or your other favorite candy bar.
- Variation tip: Replace the graham crackers with different flavored graham crackers or cookies for different flavors to make gooey s'mores cookies.
- Alternate ingredient: Caramel is a wonderful addition to these smores.
- Alternate cooking method tip: Gas grills, charcoal grill and/or a grill pan to make these camping smores. Even make oven smores with this method.
- Dietary consideration tip: Feel free to pop a low sugar or sugar free chocolate bar into this treat.
