Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • If the dressing is too thick, add more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you get your desired consistency.

    • This Recipe Can be Doubled: This is an easy recipe to double. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately.
    • Dip: Use this recipe as a homemade dressing or dipping sauce for veggies like carrots and tomatoes, pizza, taco salad or chicken nuggets.
