Cilantro Lime Sauce

Cilantro Lime Sauce is a delicious creamy sauce made in just 5 minutes with 8 ingredients and a blender or a food processor. It's perfect for tacos or any time you want to jazz up any meal.
Add the cilantro, garlic, avocado, sour cream, lime juice, olive oil, honey, and All Purpose Seasoning Blend to the bowl of a food processor.
Process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or airtight container.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Christina's Notes
For the smoothest texture, use a ripe avocado and fresh lime juice.
Greek yogurt can be substituted for the sour cream if you prefer a lighter sauce.
If the sauce is thicker than you'd like, blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water until it reaches your desired consistency.
This sauce is delicious on tacos, burrito bowls, grilled chicken, shrimp, fish tacos, salads, and roasted vegetables.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface to help minimize browning from the avocado.
This sauce can be made up to 1 day in advance. Stir before serving if any separation occurs.
Freezing is not recommended, as the avocado and dairy can affect the texture after thawing.
