Copycat Chipotle Corn Salsa
Copycat Chipotle Corn Salsa Recipe is a super quick and easy to make Chipotle copycat. It tastes just like corn salsa at Chipotle and is made in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 24 ounces Sweet corn kernels, thawed if frozen
- ½ cup Red onion, finely diced
- 2 Jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Add the corn, red onion, jalapeños, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the lemon juice and lime juice over the mixture.
- Add the salt and stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust the salt, lemon juice, or lime juice if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

For the best flavor, let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
