Copycat Chipotle Corn Salsa Recipe is a super quick and easy to make Chipotle copycat. It tastes just like corn salsa at Chipotle and is made in under 10 minutes.
Add the corn, red onion, jalapeños, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the lemon juice and lime juice over the mixture.
Add the salt and stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Taste and adjust the salt, lemon juice, or lime juice if needed.
