Cranberry Jello Salad
Cranberry Jello Salad is a classic holiday dish that's both visually appealing and delicious. Its bright red color and sweet-tart flavor make it a perfect addition to any holiday table.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Raspberry Jello, 2 packages
- 2 cups Boiling water
- 10 ounces Frozen winter berry blend, cranberries, pomegranates, blackberries, raspberries, 1 package
- 14 ounces Whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 can
- 15 ounces Pear halves, drained and cut into chunks
- 15 ounces Mandarin oranges
- 3 Bananas, sliced
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water.
- Stir in the frozen berries.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Stir well, making sure to break up the canned cranberry sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
