Instructions
Cut the cheddar cheese into large bite sized cubes.
Fold each slice of salami and pepperoni in half, then in half again.
Slide one folded slice of pepperoni and one folded slice of salami onto a skewer.
Slide one cube of cheddar cheese onto the skewer above the meat.
Continue layering folded meat and cheese cubes along the middle of the skewer.
Top the skewer with one Babybel cheese piece and one mini dill pickle.
Repeat with the remaining five skewers.
Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter or board.
Christina's Notes
Fold the Meat Twice:
Double folding creates ruffles that look professional and keep slices from sliding.
Use Thin Sliced Meat:
Thick slices crack when folded instead of ruffling.
Cut Cheese Evenly:
Uniform cubes make the whole platter look intentional.
Assemble Ahead:
These can be made the night before, covered and refrigerated.
Serve Near Room Temperature:
Take them out fifteen minutes early, since cold mutes cheese flavor.
