Easy Pizza Pull Apart Pizza Bread

This pull apart pizza bread has all of the delicious flavors of classic pizza. It's packed full of cheese and makes for an easy dinner. Try it the next time you want a fun and shareable snack.
6cups All purpose flour, scooped and leveled, divided
Filling
3-4cupsMozzarella cheese, shredded
3-4TablespoonsOlive oil
1TablespoonOregano
3TablespoonsButter, melted
Egg Wash
1Egg
1TablespoonWater
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, dried milk, and 2 cups all purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add thyme, salt, olive oil, and 4 cups scooped and leveled all purpose flour to the mixing bowl with yeast and knead for 10 minutes with dough attachment.
Mix shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 tablespoons olive oil and oregano in a bowl.
Lightly flour surface and roll it thin. Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and cover with mozzarella mixture
Roll the dough as you would a cinnamon roll and slice the dough in 1.5 to 2 inch sections.
Mix the egg and 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the dough with the egg with egg wash.
Bake for 15 minutes uncovered in the preheated oven. Cover with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Add Meat: Sausage or Pepperoni are great.
Short-cut tip: Use premade pizza dough from the supermarket or your local pizza place.
Variation tip: Feel free to add your favorite vegetables, garlic, onions, and peppers.
Alternate ingredient: Whole wheat dough or gluten-free dough can be used.
