Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to the desired consistency.

Add Protein Powder:
Give a great boost of protein with a vanilla protein powder.
Sweet:
Maple Syrup or your own favorite sweetener can be added to the liquid.
Variation tip:
Ginger is a great addition to this smoothie.
Alternate ingredient:
Wheat Grass will make this smoothie even healthier.
Alternate Flavor:
Kids love peanut butter or almond butter added to this dish.
