Christina's Notes
Add Honey:
The addition of honey adds a touch of sweet flavor. You can also sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Spice it Up:
Adding just a tiny bit of cayenne adds a great kick!
Cook Evenly:
Be sure to cook for the same amount of time on both sides to ensure the best results.
Eat with Vanilla Ice Cream:
This grilled pineapple goes great with vanilla ice cream.
Peaches:
Grilled peaches are great as well. They're deliciously sweet, and you can grill them along with the pineapple.
Be Versatile:
Grilled pineapple is perfect for many occasions! Whether as a side dish or for a dessert, this recipe is appropriate at any time.
