Grilled Pineapple Slices
These Grilled Pineapple Slices work great as a dessert or side dish. This simple summer treat doesn't take long to make, and pairs especially well with grilled chicken.

- 1 Whole Pineapple, peeled
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Cut pineapple into wedges or rings, removing the hard, inner core. (link to YT video for how to cut pineapple)
- Place cut pineapple onto preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pineapple is warmed through and has grill char marks.
Christina's Notes
- Add Oil or Spray: Oil or spray the grill grate so that the pineapple does not stick, but you still get those beautiful grill marks.
- Shortcut Tip: Buy precut pineapple from your grocer. Canned pineapple rings are not recommended.
- Ice Cream: This delicious grilled pineapple makes a great dessert when paired with vanilla ice cream.
- Grill Pan: Feel free to use an indoor grill pan and cook this all year long.
- Corer: For quick work in peeling, use a pineapple corer.
