Yum, grilled pineapple is delicious!
I recommend buying a pineapple slicer, it is my favorite kitchen utensil! Much easier and less messy than a knife, gives you nice rings, and leaves the shell for use as a bowl or cup. 🙂
They are available at Bed, Bath & Beyond and The Kitchen Collection for $10.
Thanks, Leanne! I usually just cut up my own (without a slicer) but my sister (who’s a Pampered Chef consultant) has been telling me about the great one that they have! I think I’m going to order myself one!
