Grilled Sweet Potatoes
These grilled sweet potatoes are a no-fuss, flavor-packed side dish that belongs at every BBQ. Whether you use foil or grill grates, you’ll get crispy, tender perfection every time.
Ingredients
- 2 Sweet potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Barbecue seasoning
Instructions
- Peel sweet potatoes and slice into ¼ inch slices.
- Place sweet potatoes slices in a large bowl and add olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle BBQ seasoning liberally over sweet potatoes; toss again to distribute seasoning.
- Place sweet potatoes on a grill preheated to medium high heat.
- Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until slightly charred and cooked through.
- OPTIONAL: Sprinkle extra BBQ Seasoning on top of cooked sweet potatoes.
