This Chicken Wing Sauce is the best wing sauce ever. This great recipe calls for less than 10 ingredients and it's super easy to make the sauce to fit your taste.
In a large pot combine all of the ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

High-Quality Hot Sauce: The foundation of any good wing sauce is a delicious hot sauce.
Toast the Spices: Lightly toast dried spices like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, crushed red pepper or cayenne in a dry skillet over low heat to enhance flavor before adding them to the sauce.
Simmer: Simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld. Cooking low and slow can also help thicken the sauce.
Let it Cool: Allow the sauce to cool slightly before making wings, baked or fried. This will help the sauce adhere better to the chicken.
