Lemon

sliced into ⅛ inch slices

Shrimp

peeled and deveined

Dried Italian salad dressing mix

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Pour melted butter onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
Place lemon slices on top of butter. Place shrimp on top of lemons.
Sprinkle salad dressing mix on top of the shrimp.
Bake for 15 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
Christina's Notes
Choose Large Shrimp: Bigger shrimp stay juicier and more tender in the oven.
Pat Them Dry: Removing surface moisture helps the shrimp roast instead of steam.
Keep an Eye on the Clock: Shrimp cook fast, so pull them as soon as they turn pink and opaque.
Crank the Heat: High heat gives roasted shrimp better flavor and light browning
