Ingredients
- 8 Tablespoons Butter, 1 stick, melted
- 1 Lemon, sliced into ⅛ inch slices
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Dried Italian salad dressing mix, 1 packet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Pour melted butter onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Place lemon slices on top of butter. Place shrimp on top of lemons.
- Sprinkle salad dressing mix on top of the shrimp.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.

- Pat Them Dry: Removing surface moisture helps the shrimp roast instead of steam.
