Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Add the can of corn and creamed corn into a large bowl. Stir in the sour cream.
Pour in the melted butter then add the All Purpose Seasoning and corn muffin mix.
Fold in the cheddar cheese and mix well.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is cooked through and golden on top.

Do Not Overmix:
Overmixing will lead to a tough and rubbery casserole.

Room temperature ingredients combine smoother and ensures even baking.
Check for Doneness:
The casserole is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
