Pineapple Dream Dessert is a quick and creamy layered dessert. Pineapple, whipped cream and cream cheese are layered on top of a graham cracker crust. This no-bake recipe is perfect for hot summer potlucks or anytime you want a fuss-free treat.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form an even crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and beat until well blended.
Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Spread the pineapple filling evenly over the graham cracker crust. Top with additional crushed graham crackers. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
