No Bake Banana Cheesecake
This No Bake Banana Cheesecakes is a decadent dessert and is a dream come true for banana lovers. Creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-easy to make, it's the perfect no bake treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 24 ounces Banana Flavored Yogurt, 4 six-ounce containers
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- ¾ cup Banana Chips, chopped
- 12 Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add the yogurt and beat until well combined.
- Using an ice cream scoop, distribute the filling between the 12 graham cracker crusts. Keep chilled in a refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top with about 1 Tbsp chopped banana chips per mini cheesecake.
