Christina's Notes
This recipe uses Everclear 190 proof. If you can't find it in your area, you can use Everclear 151 proof or vodka.
As long as you alcohol that is more than 80 proof, you can store your moonshine in tightly sealed jars for up to one year in a cool, dark place.
Add Different Syrup
Torani Coconut Syrup can be added for a different flavor,
Bottles:
Canning jars, mason jars or bottles for moonshine will all work, just make sure that they have lids that can be applied tightly.
Mixers:
Feel free to add whiskey, vodka, soda or more juice to this pineapple moonshine to create wonderful drinks.
Slushie:
Blend with ice to make a pineapple slushie.
Alternate cooking method tip:
Top with fresh fruit such as cherries, orange slices, pineapple slices or little umbrellas.
