Pineapple Moonshine Recipe

Ingredients

- 3¼ Cups Everclear 190 proof, Everclear 151 proof or vodka may be substituted
- ½ Cup Torani Pineapple Syrup
- 2 Cups Fresh pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut to a large stock pot and stir to combine.
- Stir in the orange zest, orange slices, and sugar until incorporated.
- Heat the stock pot over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low to maintain a gentle simmer.
- Simmer the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved and no granules remain.
- Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool completely to room temperature, about 1 to 2 hours.
- Stir the Everclear and Torani Pineapple Syrup into the cooled mixture until fully combined.
- Evenly divide the fresh pineapple chunks among the prepared mason jars.
- Use a ladle to carefully pour the moonshine mixture into the mason jars over the pineapple chunks.
- Seal the mason jars tightly with lids and store in a cool, dark place for at least 8 weeks before serving.
