These Pork Burgers will make you forget all about the beef patty! It brings smoky, savory goodness and a flavorful tang. They are made with ground pork infused with the rich flavors of barbecue sauce and spices. This burger is a juicy, flavorful alternative to the classic version.
Add the garlic and onion to a food process and pulse until very finely chopped.
Add the pork, garlic and onion, Worcestershire sauce and Burger Seasoning to a bowl and mix with your hands until just combined.
Divide the pork mixture into 4 portions and form into patties. Make an indentation in the center of each patty to prevent the burgers from puffing up.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Grill burgers for 5-6 minutes on the first side.
Flip and grill on the second side for 5-6 minutes longer or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
Serve on brioche buns and top with bbq sauce and coleslaw.
