cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cut apple into 1 inch chunks, removing the stem, seeds and core.
Cut cheese into 1 inch chunks.
Thread alternate pieces of apple and cheddar a skewer.
Repeat until all apple and cheese are used.

Different cheeses can be great. Try mixing several.

Cut the cheese ahead of time and keep in an airtight container or zip top bag.
