Rolo Pretzel Bites
Rolo Pretzel Bites are an easy snack that combines the best of salty and sweet flavors. They only use three ingredients, and take just 20 minutes to make.

- 35 Square Pretzel Snaps
- 35 Rolo Chocolate Caramel Candies, unwrapped
- 35 Pecan Halves
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees f.
- Prepare your pan by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Then, arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- On top of each pretzel square you will want to place one Rolo candy on top of each one.
- Flash bake for 2 minutes, just enough to melt the rolo candies.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a pecan half on top the of the Rolo, press down slightly.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to get the chocolate to set.
Christina's Notes
- M&M: You can also press in an M&M in place of pecans, or try Reese’s pieces.
- Gluten-Free: Try using gluten free pretzels and ingredients to make this candy.
- Top: Drizzle a little melted white chocolate to make the candy cuter. Or drizzle orange chocolate for Halloween and red chocolate for Valentine’s day.
