Ingredient Notes

  • Pretzels: For this recipe pretzel snaps, also known as the square shaped ones, will work the best. I would not recommend using the twist shaped pretzels as they will become messy when the chocolate is melted.
Pretzels, rolos and nuts.

Variations and Substitutions

  • Caramel Chocolate Candies – Swap the Rolo’s for your favorite chocolate covered caramel candies. Or use a square of a chocolate bar and a mini soft caramel candy.
  • Chocolate Peanut Cups – Use mini Reese’s peanut butter cups in place of Rolo candies.
  • Air Fryer – For quicker preheat time, you can opt for using an air fryer, although you might need to split into 2 batches depending on how big your air fryer is.
