Valentine Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
These chocolate cake mix cookies are a super quick and easy treat to make for Valentines day. Moist chocolatey cookies in less than 15 minutes are truly perfection.
Ingredients
- 18 ounces Cake Mix
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Canola oil
- Valentine sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix with egg and oil.
- Roll cookie dough into balls about 2 inches across.
- Flatten each with the bottom of a glass. Add sprinkles as desired.
- Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes or until centers are set.
Christina's Notes
- Add Chips or Candy: White chocolate chips look so pretty in this cookie.
- Frost: Feel free to frost these cookies with your own or a prepackaged frosting.
- Sprinkles: They really set off these Valentines Day Cookies. This assortment is one of my favorites.
- Mixing: Be sure to not over mix your cookies or they will be tough.
- Different Cake Mixes: No need to just use chocolate, make any flavor that your family enjoys.
