I do a lot of baking each week. With three big kids (and an extra – our neighbor) after school, we go through a lot of muffins and cookies. Valentine Boxed Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, any flavor
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- Valentine sprinkles - optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix with egg and oil.
- Roll cookie dough into balls about 2 inches across.
- Flatten each with the bottom of a glass. Add sprinkles as desired.
- Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes or until centers are set.

i’ve made cookies like this and they are easy and good.You could add orange zest,lemon zest,coffee,cherries and cherry juice.you could add pumpkin pie spice,raisins nuts cranberries,whatever you have on hand and they keep well.
