Velveeta Broccoli Rice Casserole

This Velveeta Broccoli Rice Casserole is a comforting side dish that's perfect for both a weeknight dinner or holiday feast. The tender broccoli and creamy cheese sauce come together to make a wonderful filling casserole.
Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Steam the broccoli until it's crisp tender.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the onions and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.
Add the Velveeta process cheese, milk, cream of cheddar cheese soup, broccoli, rice and All Purpose Seasoning Blend to the saucepan. Stir the mixture until the cheese is melted.
Transfer the mixture to prepared 9x13 baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the mixture is heated through.
