1Head Cauliflower - approximately 3-4 cups florets
3TablespoonsOlive Oil
2teaspoonsMinced Garlic
Salt and Pepper - to taste
⅓cupGrated Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss well to coat.
Season with minced garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to distribute.
Stir in the grated parmesan until well-distributed.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet, being sure to avoid over-crowding.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip and then continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until well golden.
Serve immediately.
Notes
This Recipe Can be Doubled: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately and split it into two baking sheets before baking.
