How to Make Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower

STEP 1: CUT CAULIFLOWER INTO FLORETS

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees f. Wash and dry your head of cauliflower throughly, then cut into bite sized florets.

STEP 2: SEASON THE FLORETS

Add the florets to a large bowl along with olive oil, toss to coat, then sprinkle with garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated then mix in the parmesan cheese.

STEP 3: BAKE CAULIFLOWER

Once you have seasoned the cauliflower, pour onto a prepared baking dish, make sure that the florets in a single layer and not over crowded. Cook for 10 minutes then remove the sheet pans from the oven and flip cauliflower bites and roast for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head Cauliflower, approximately 3-4 cups florets
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • โ…“ cup Grated Parmesan

Instructions
