Add the tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning to a 9x9 baking dish. Stir to combine the ingredients well.
Bake for 1 ½ hours.
When the tomatoes get close to being done, cook the pasta to your liking, and drain it well.
Stir the pasta into the tomato mixture to coat well.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and chopped basil before serving.
Notes
Toppings: To upgrade this recipe, serve this pasta with pine nuts, red pepper flakes, or capers.
Tomato Sauce: You can also mix in some pasta sauce with this basil and parmesan pasta. Tomato basil sauce works well, but you can also make the sauce yourself with tomato paste and seasonings. Be sure to taste the sauce to make sure it's to your tastes!
