Air Fryer Beef Roast Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound Beef loin roast, pre-marinated in beef stock
- 2 Tablespoons Steak seasoning, such as Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
- Season all sides of the beef loin roast with the steak seasoning.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400℉ for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 5 degrees below your desired doneness.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the roast from the air fryer and place it in the skillet.
- Sear the roast for about 2 minutes per side, until evenly browned on all sides.
- Remove the roast from the skillet and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
