Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Next, season the beef and place it in the air fryer basket.

Step 2: Cook the Beef Roast

  • 1 pound Beef loin roast, pre-marinated in beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, I use Montreal steak seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Put the beef loin that has already been marinated into the basket of the air fryer. Make sure to season all sides of the loin.
  • To achieve the desired cooking temperature, cook the loin at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, turning it every 5 minutes. Cook until the temperature is 5 degrees below the desired level.
  • Heat up a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • After achieving the desired level of cooking, take out the loin and put it in the skillet. Proceed to sear it for 2 minutes on each side until all sides are evenly cooked.
  • Take out the loin and allow it to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
