Air Fryer Chicken Strips
Air Fryer Chicken Strips are a quick and easy meal that your family will love. You can feel good about serving them something fresh that takes only a few minutes and only five ingredients.

- 1 chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cups flour
- 1 egg
- ⅛ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon House Season Blend
Instructions
- Whisk eggs and mix the milk in in a medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and spices together.
- Dunk one chicken strip into the egg mixture and then coat it in the flour mixture. Repeat for all strips.
- Place battered strips in the air fryer basket and spray generously with oil.
- Cook at 380 for 10 minutes. Flip chicken tenders, spray with oil and cook at 380 for 8 minutes.

- Bread Crumbs: Try a seasoned bread crumb such as Italian for a zesty flavor.
- Cheese: Feel free to add some Parmesan cheese to the coating for a cheesy taste and dip in marinara sauce.
- Double: A great party or tailgating treat so make more or double and freeze for a make ahead meal.
- Spice: Like it Hot? Make these and dip in your favorite wing sauce or alternatively, add some spice to the breading to make it hotter.
- Preheat: Remember to preheat your air fryer for best cooking, also don't forget to flip.
