Pistachios

crushed

Breadcrumbs

tablespoons
Parmesan cheese

All Purpose Seasoning

to taste

Olive oil

Dijon mustard
Instructions
In a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, all purpose seasoning, and olive oil until well combined
Use a paper towel to pat the fish dry
Brush on an even layer of dijon mustard on one side of the fish
Firmly press coated side into crust mixture
Place into air fryer basket that has been sprayed with nonstick spray
Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately and split it into two batches.
